The Girls Program has Training and Conditioning to introduce, develop and improve volleyball skills. Our Competitive Teams continue focused volleyball training while learning valuable life lessons in teamwork and collaboration. We start with Rising Stars at 5th grade and under to provide a fun filled introduction to volleyball leading up to middle school programs.  The program continues to build on skills and positions into 8th grade and beyond. Competitive Teams are based on age and skills. Players can try-out for Regional or Traveling teams. Main Beach Staff and Coaches provide a competitive environment to match the skills of the Players.
