Boys 2021 Summer Training Groups

The summer training groups are split into two sections. The first hour will be spent working on speed, agility, and strength conditioning specific to volleyball. The remaining hour and a half will be spent working on volleyball skills.

July 5th – August 6th Monday, Wednesday, Friday @ Good Shepherd Gym $450 for 5-week session or register per-week

Training Group Workout Volleyball (In the gym)

14 and under 1:30 – 2:30 2:30 – 4:00

15/16/17/18s 6:30 – 7:30 7:30 – 9:00
