We will be holding tryouts for the 15 - 17 and under teams for the 2022-23 season
SUNDAY - JULY 31st
Cabrillo College Gym
9a.m. to 11 a.m. - 17 and under
11:30a.m. - 1:30p.m. - 16 and under
2:00p.m. - 4:00p.m., - 15 and under
Tryout fee: $30.
THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY PARENT MEETING DURING THE TRYOUT TIME.
Scholarships are available and applications are due 7 days prior to tryouts. See the Scholarships page for more information.
If you are unable to make the July 31 tryouts you must attend the pre-tryout on Sunday, July 24th from 12 to 2 pm.
Main Beach will be fielding the following teams for the 2022/2023 volleyball club season.

NATIONAL TEAMS - These teams will be participating in the following tournaments:
NCVA Power League (1 Qualifier, 3 league tournaments, 1 Regionals)
Cal Kick-Off - January 14-16
Red Rock Rave Qualifier (Las Vegas) - March 10-12 (16s and 17s)
Far Westerns Qualifier - April 28-30 (16s and 17s)
USAV Nationals - Chicago, IL - June 24 thru July 4th
*** PLAYERS TRYING OUT FOR THE NATIONAL TEAMS MUST COMMIT TO THE FULL SEASON AND ALL TOURNAMENTS.
POWER TEAMS - These teams will be participating in the following tournaments:
NCVA Power League (1 Qualifier, 3 league tournaments, 1 Regionals)
Cal Kick-Off - January 14-16
Presidents Day - Feb. 18-20
* THE 12 THRU 14'S DO NOT HAVE TRYOUTS UNTIL OCTOBER. PLEASE CHECK THE WEBSITE IN THE FALL FOR DETAILS.
Tryouts for the 12, 13 and 14's teams will be Oct. 21, 2022. Details later.
