High School Girls 2021 Summer Programs

All programs take place at Good Shepherd Gym

High School Clinic Training – Two sessions

Session 1 – July 6, 8,13,15 Intermediate – 1:00-2:30pm Advanced – 3:00-4:30pm

Session 2 – July 20, 22, 27, 29 Intermediate – 1:00-2:30pm Advanced – 3:00-4:30pm

Cost: $150 per session

Advanced clinics by invite only. Please email if interested in participating

Intermediate Game Development Recommended age: incoming freshmen/sophomores

Practices emulating those we run during our competitive season. Work on serve, receive, attack, and defense with game-like drills and situations.

Advanced Game Development Recommended age: incoming juniors/seniors

For players seeking refinement in already existing skillsets. High intensity, competitive drills with additional focus in preparation for competitive season and college level play.

High School Mobility and Vertical Jump Clinic – Two sessions

Session 1 – July 7, 9, 14, 16 (W/F mornings) Slot 1a – 9:00am-10:30am Slot 1b – 10:30am-12:00pm

Session 2 – July 23, 24, 30, 31 (Fr/Sa mornings)

Slot 2a – 9:00am-10:30am

Cost: $100 per session

Volleyball is an impact heavy and physically demanding sport. Developing proper form when conducting dynamic movements is critical for injury prevention and improved performance. Work on enhancing mobility, flexibility, and stability while building vertical jump in this clinic. The program offers circuit training workouts to build strength with equipment such as medicine balls and resistance bands as well as no equipment, body weight exercises. You can’t train height, but you can train your jump!

Open Gyms

July 8th-25th Thursdays and Sundays 5-6:30pm and 6:30-8pm

Cost: $10 per session, pay at the door.

Scrimmage opportunities outside of our regular training/clinics. Please contact Hunter if interested (, as we limit the number of players in the gym and invitations will only be sent to players who reach out on a first come, first served basis.

5-6:30pm Requirements:

  • Basic ability to serve, receive, defend, and rally with some consistency and control

  • Basic knowledge of rotation rules

6:30-8pm Requirements

  • Competitive experience recommended

  • Ability to serve, receive, defend, and attack with consistency

  • Ability to play out of position if needed

  • Knowledge of defensive zones, transition plays, and comfort with out of system plays.


  • Private Lessons – $65

  • Private Small Groups of 4 – $100 per session
