Get ready to elevate your game!

We’re excited to continue our volleyball-specific strength, conditioning, and skill training at our Main Beach 800 facility:

Why Join?

Each session follows a guided circuit format, providing focused instruction, proper technique correction, and appropriate workload for each athlete.

Small-group sessions designed to build the tools for high-level volleyball performance:

  • Explosive jumping 

  • Court speed & agility 

  • Strength & body control 

  • Core stability 

  • Safe, progressive, age-appropriate training



Training Schedule

4:00 PM–5:00 PM → Ages 13s–14s

  • Group A: Mon & Wed

  • Group C: Tue & Thu

5:00 PM–6:00 PM → Ages 15s–18s

  • Group B: Mon & Wed

  • Group D: Tue & Thu

Limited spots per group for quality coaching!



Training Format

Each session includes 5 volleyball-focused stations (sample session):

  • Jumping & explosive takeoff/landing

  • Speed, agility & court movement

  • Upper-body strength for hitting, serving, blocking

  • Lower-body strength for power & stability

  • Core strength & body control



Commitment & Cost

Athletes register in two-month commitments due at first training$250 for March and April
