FREE Strength & Conditioning Promo

We’re hosting a free promotional session for Main Beach athletes on Sunday, March 1st at:

📍 Main Beach 800 Facility 

800 Estates Drive, Aptos, CA 95003


Schedule: 

9:00–10:00 AM → 13s-14s 

10:00–11:00 AM → 15s-18s

This is a great opportunity for athletes to experience our volleyball-specific strength, conditioning, and skill training program before the March/April commitment begins.


What to Expect: 

  • Guided small-group circuit format 

  • Focus on explosive jumping & landing mechanics 

  • Speed, agility & court movement 

  • Strength & body control 

  • Core stability 

  • Safe, progressive, age-appropriate training


Sessions are designed to build the physical tools needed for volleyball performance in a structured, encouraging environment.No sign up required, just show up and see our new space!
